Paying with a Check?

You may place your check order by mail. To pay by check print the order form pages and mail them along with your check to us. We accept checks drawn on U.S. banks paid to the order of, Inc. Please allow 5-7 business days for checks to clear.

Wire Transfers?

Wire transfers are required on all international orders. Wire transfer service is also available for orders which would normally be paid by check to speed the processing of your order. Please contact us for bank routing information.

What is the Order Shipment process? ships all orders processed by 3:00 p.m Eastern Standard Time the same day with no additional charge for stock items. We ship using UPS. Charges vary with the type of service and the ship to address.

Are there any Surcharges?

There are no current surcharges to anything that is purchased.

What happens when the item is Out of Stock?

Orders paid by check, credit card or bank transfer:
Items not available may be placed on backorder for a period of 30 days, backorders may be extended beyond 30 days with your approval. Product will be shipped as it becomes available. If we are unable to provide the product within 30 days, the items may be cancelled and a refund or credit will be issued.

Orders On Account:
Items not available for immediate shipment will be shipped as they become available. Items not available at the end of 45 days will be cancelled. The number of backorder days may be extended beyond 45 days with your approval.

What is the Return Policy?

To facilitate's return processing:
A Customer Service Representative must be contacted to obtain an RMA (return authorization number) prior to returning product. All returns should be made within 15 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Return freight charge must be prepaid. Return merchandise in original packaging and in resalable condition. Deviations from this return policy will require's approval.

Are there any Other Policies?

Price Match Guarantee: will match any online price from authorized US stocking distributors on new equipment. Price match guarantee is available on telephone orders only.

15 Day Money Back Guarantee: honors return of equipment (except software) in the condition it was received within 15 days of receipt by the buyer with a full refund less shipping charges both ways. Software is not returnable once opened.

All products sold by carry individual manufacturer's warranties. Warranties will be honored by those manufacturers according to their warranty requirements and restrictions.

Dishonored Check Policy:
Checks dishonored for any reason by the bank or other institution, will be charged $20.00 as a service charge (if the check cannot be redeposited). In addition, you agree to pay any other reasonable charges imposed by any check verification company or collection agency that we may use for collection.

Foreign Orders:
In addition to the United States and its territories, also accepts orders from other countries. All orders of foreign origin may be shipped direct pending prior approval or to a forwarding agent of your choice within the United States. cannot accept letters of credit, personal checks or certified personal checks. Freight Damage:
It is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact, if you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit. Please contact Customer Service to initiate a claim.
